POSTAGE

Postage and packing costs FOR UK RESIDENTS ONLY are calculated on a sliding scale as shown below. Prices are based on total price of your order, and will be added automatically for all online payments.

Please note that the first level of postage is set to £1.00, but if your item can be sent by letter post, or large letter post, (as with patterns,) this has already been taken into consideration when pricing those items at a lower cost to accommodate for extra postage being charged.

£0.01 - £4.00 postage is £1.00

£4.01 - £8.00 postage is £1.90

£8.01 - £15 postage is £2.60

£15.01 - £35 postage is £4.00

£35.01 -£50 postage is £8.00

You may order as usual by adding items to your shopping cart, but please add the extra postage for your country as outlined below.

However - Please note - as my paypal postal calculations can sometimes be unfair if your total order is not heavy, you may contact me with a list of your items, and I will calculate the exact postage costs and email this to you. If you agree to the cost by return email, I will then invoice you directly, and post your order once you have made payment.

This will appear as worldwide postage item number 001, or EU postage 003. Please note that if this postage item means your total purchases jump to the next postage pricing bracket, your total postage will still be correct, due to the sliding scale calculation.

PAYMENT

Please use the shopping basket to purchase your items from Ragdoll Fairy.

I use Paypal to ensure secure credit and debit card online transactions, or if you have a Paypal account, you can pay through your account. You don’t have to have a Paypal account, as Paypal will accept your cards on my behalf. I never get to see your details, and Paypal are trusted world wide to keep your information encrypted and SAFE!.

After payment, you will be notified by e-mail from Paypal that your payment has been successful, and a further e-mail will be sent from Ragdoll Fairy to advise you when your item has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3 working days from purchase to dispatch, and up to 10 working days for ‘made to order’ rag dolls. Or tell me if you need it sooner, and I’ll do my best to send it quicker.

FOR UK RESIDENTS ONLY

If you are a UK resident, you may pay by cheque for purchases direct from this site - contact me to reserve the items you wish to purchase. I will then notify you of the total cost of your order, and send you my postal address.

When the cheque has cleared, I will post your item. This process usually takes 10 to 14 days from me receiving your e-mail to you receiving your goods. So be sure to order early if you need it for a special occasion.
