SHOP RETURNS / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT POLICY

I aim to give a high level of satisfaction with all of my sales. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your goods, and I will always do my best to resolve any problem.

If you need to return any item, please email me upon receipt of goods, stating reason for return.

Any returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original new condition - and in original packing.

Replacements will be given to replace faulty or unsatisfactory goods, or if requested, refunds will be made in full.

Refunds for change of mind, buyer remorse, or any other reason except faulty or damaged goods, will be given less the postage and packing fees as originally charged. Customer will be responsible for return postage costs.

I am confident that my dolls and products are of the highest quality, but if you are not completely satisfied, I will always do my best to please my customer.

In the event of delivery failure, please remember that this is beyond my control. I always get proof of posting, and will supply all necessary documentation to help with a claim for non delivery against Royal Mail.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any item sent without insurance. Please request this before ordering if you require your order to be sent with insurance. (All reborn dolls are sent inclusive of postal insurance.)
